Sarah Kelly Reid (she/her) is co-founder of the Art of Self Worth. Sarah uses coaching, embodiment techniques and healing modalities to help people shift their internal belief system to live from a place of inner peace, joy, and contentment.Sarah has a gift for holding space for others and guiding them to discover their strengths, find inner empowerment, and implement lasting change.

She works with people internationally through private sessions, group workshops and retreats. Her passion for helping people has always been at the forefront of her career choices. Through her own journey of healing and self-worth she has found a life of freedom, gratitude, and joy. Today she uses her formal training, sacred intuition, and life experiences to support others to finding their own truths and living abundantly.Sarah trained at Duke Integrative Medicine and holds a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach certification.

Sarah earned an MA in International Communication from Macquarie University and a BA with a focus on community mental health from the University at Buffalo.
